The Bay House has been Naples’ best-kept dining secret for over 20 years.

Originally built in 1988 by Tom and Martha Jennings, the Bay House has always been a favorite spot for those who love Old Florida.  The Jennings operated the restaurant from 1988 until August 2007, when the Jennings’ decided to retire and sold the restaurant to Bud and Thelma Negley.

The Bay House has experienced a rebirth under the Negleys’ ownership.   Under the leadership of Peter Tierney and Windward Hospitality, which manages the restaurant, the cozy yet stylish dining rooms all have received a makeover, yet the essential elements of the original restaurant have been retained.  Classically elegant tables, chairs, lighting fixtures and china have been tastefully added to give The Bay House an ambiance that is unique and casually chic.

Peter Tierney and Windward Hospitality have completely revised the menu, which now reflects three styles of cooking:  Gracious, Coastal and Neighborhood.  Our “Gracious” cooking style reflects our appreciation of low country cuisine, typically found in Charleston, South Carolina.  These menu items truly reveal our southern roots!  Our “Coastal” style of cooking reflects the abundant supply of seafood in and around Florida.  Our “Neighborhood” cooking style offers the comforting fare diners seek in an urban bistro.
