The Bay House offers guests their choice of several seating options. The main dining room is the most formal dining area, with sweeping views of the Cocohatchee River. The waterfront deck offers outdoor dining right on the Cocohatchee River with beautiful sunset views. The front patio offers casual outdoor seating around a fire pit. The Tavern is casual and lively—home to the “Live Bait” live music stage and The Claw Bar, our version of a seafood raw bar. Be sure and discuss all options with our reservationist to ensure you choose the option best suited to you and your party.

The main dining room is the most formal dining area, with sweeping views of the Cocohatchee River.
- Creekside Dining Room
The Creekside Dining Room is an extension of the Main Dining Room and can be booked for private parties during certain times of the year. Please call to discuss availability.

The waterfront deck offers outdoor dining right on the Cocohatchee River with beautiful sunset views.
- The Garden
The garden offers casual outdoor seating around a fire pit in front of the restaurant.
- The Tavern

The Side Porch is an extension of the Tavern that is open to the bar area.
